Comprehensive cooperation with GTÜ
E-mobility services from e-mobilio for private and business customers
Munich, October 25, 2022
- The 360-degree e-mobility consultant offers a comprehensive range of services on all topics relating to electric mobility.
- Owners of electric vehicles benefit quickly and easily from the attractive CO2 bonus (GHG quota)
- GTÜ test centers receive a tailor-made concept for setting up a charging infrastructure.
GTÜ Gesellschaft für Technische Überwachung mbH promotes access to electric mobility for private and commercial customers and their partners, as well as the associated modular consulting and additional services. The testing organization cooperates with the e-mobility experts from e-mobilio on all important aspects of the growth market of electric mobility.
Around 687,000 electric cars are currently registered in Germany, and the trend is rising. This is associated with a growing demand for charging infrastructure. It will therefore become increasingly important for providers of car-related services, such as repairs or customer service, to offer suitable charging facilities at their own locations. GTÜ supports the equipping of test centers with a charging infrastructure and relies on the expert knowledge of e-mobilio. The expertise of e-mobilio is based on more than 70,000 successfully completed digital purchase consultations for electric mobility.
E-mobility advisor for private and business customers
In addition to the expansion of the charging infrastructure at the locations, the cooperation with e-mobilio expands GTÜ's range of advice on all aspects of electric mobility for private and business customers. The testing organization is now offering them the comprehensive and modular digital 360-degree e-mobility advisor.
The solution includes:
- Search for suitable electric or hybrid vehicles
- Selection of suitable wallboxes
- Installation advice (digital or on-site)
- Installation service
- Advice on photovoltaic systems and subsidies
A CO2 bonus (GHG quota) in just a few clicks
The third component of the partnership is the CO2 bonus platform, which can be accessed directly at gtue.CO2.auto . This allows owners of an electric vehicle or a public charging station to easily apply for the sale of their greenhouse gas reduction quota (GHG quota) via a link that they receive from their local GTÜ test center or directly via the GTÜ website. The necessary bureaucracy is reduced to a minimum: E-car owners take full advantage of the funding opportunities and payment is usually made within 14 days of confirmation from the Federal Environment Agency. This also rounds off the advisory service provided by the GTÜ test centers.
"e-mobilio is a competent partner with strong roots in the automotive industry and provides excellent and comprehensive coverage of the entire process chain of the very heterogeneous ecosystem of vehicle electrification," says Thomas Emmert, Managing Director of GTÜ, explaining the decision.
"e-mobilio has always focused on covering all facets of e-mobility. Highest quality is our goal. This is also demonstrated, for example, by the fact that our sister company CO2.auto GmbH is the only one of 36 companies in the GHG quota trade that has no deficiencies in its privacy policy in an assessment by the magazine 'Finanztest'," explains e-mobilio Managing Director Ralph Missy. "We are very proud that GTÜ, the largest officially recognized monitoring organization for freelance motor vehicle experts, has chosen us as a recommended cooperation partner."
