Declaration on accessibility for the store

e-mobilio GmbH is committed to digital accessibility. We want to ensure that our digital offerings - especially our website and mobile applications - are fully accessible to all people, including people with disabilities.

This declaration on accessibility applies to the store at store.e-mobilio.de.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The store is currently largely compliant with the provisions of the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Notes on potential areas for improvement

The following aspects were identified as potential areas for optimization in internal evaluations

  • HTML semantics: the use of structural elements such as header, nav, main and footer can be implemented more clearly in individual places.

  • Heading structure: The hierarchy of headings (H1-H6) should be structured logically throughout; minor inconsistencies could make orientation more difficult for screen reader users.

  • Landmark roles: Some of the navigation is not explicitly marked as such, which could impair orientation.

  • Keyboard navigation: Skip links or similar mechanisms for quickly skipping navigation areas have not yet been implemented across the board.

We continuously check and optimize the accessibility of our store. Findings from tests are continuously incorporated into further development.

Creation of this declaration

This declaration was created on June 5, 2025. The assessment is based on an internal evaluation.
