Video interview
If your application has piqued our interest, we will invite you to a 30-minute video interview with a colleague from our People & Culture team. We would like to get to know you better and give you the opportunity to find out more about us.
Specialist interview
In the next step, we will invite you to a 60-minute personal interview in our office with the relevant specialist department. Here we go into more depth to discuss your professional qualifications and experience. For some of our positions, you will also receive a case study from us.
Founder interview
The final step is a 60-minute interview at our office with our two founders. This is a great opportunity to hear the vision and culture of our company directly from Ralph and Denis and to ask questions.
Contract offer
Once you have successfully passed all the interview rounds, you will receive a contract offer from us and we look forward to you becoming part of our e-team.

It is important to us to give you feedback as quickly as possible. As a rule, we will get back to you after one week at the latest. This means that the entire process takes 4-5 weeks.
