With the experience of over 130,000 purchase consultations, e-mobilio has an enormous wealth of knowledge about customer wishes and requirements when buying an electric car and the overall e-mobility package. Based on this exclusive data, we have further optimized our e-purchase advisor, which is already the industry standard in the trade. This makes the customer journey even simpler, faster and more secure for our partners in the car trade, tailored to the individual needs of the customer. This strengthens customer loyalty and generates additional revenue. More support in the sales process is not possible.

The most important innovations at a glance:
  • Home page
    An optimized start page now provides three different entry points to the perfect e-mobility package. Firstly, users can start directly with the assistant as usual. Users can also easily access one of the four pre-configured top packages. Secondly, there is now direct access to all important products and services. The look and feel can be easily customized.
  • Navigation
    Thanks to a completely redesigned navigation structure, the purchase advisor 2.0 offers even more user-friendliness and is even better adapted to individual needs.
  • Assistant
    Our wizards have not only been revised, but are also easier and quicker to use thanks to fewer questions and more links. This not only increases user-friendliness, but also makes it even easier for sales staff in car dealerships to advise their customers competently on the right e-mobility package.
  • Filters
    The use of filters ensures even faster and better product recommendations for technically inclined users, e.g. when selecting a wallbox in detail.
  • Product bundles
    Pre-configured top packages for the most important and relevant use cases significantly increase the conversion and sales rate. Our product bundles consist of charging station, installation check, charging tariff andCO2bonus and are freely configurable for retailers.
  • Product detail pages
    Optimized product pages enable UP-/Cross-Selling and now also bundle sales.
  • Checkout/completion of the purchase process
    The new one-click checkout function increases the conversion rate and the e-mobility package can be purchased with even fewer clicks. In addition, the order details are entered directly on the partner's website. Payment and purchase processing as well as delivery are then handled by e-mobilio as usual.
